Fair east entrance of the fairgrounds can be reached in 19 minutes from subway station "Braunschweiger Platz" near our apartments of the zoo area.

From our apartments in the southern city, the subway stops "Bat Street", "Geibel Street" and "Altenbekener Damm" within walking distance in a few minutes. From there you reach the main entrance Messe Nord in about 14-18 minutes by underground line 8 + 18.

City of EXPO 2000

With the EXPO 2000 in Hanover was the first time in history an EXPO in Germany. Under its theme "Human-Nature-Technology" she offered solutions for the current problems in the environment and development. Still today the EXPO PARK HANNOVER is a high technology park on which interest companies, service providers, higher education institutions and event locations have settled. The Green City

Nestled by the Lower Saxony Bergland and foothills of the Weserbergland is Hannover amid the canvas valley whose eponymous river runs through the city in a roundabout way. But not only the green and spacious surroundings of the city, but the countless public green spaces give Hannover the charming name "green city". And rightly so. The green islands cover about 11 percent of the total city area.

It includes only the center near the city forest "Eilenriede" size of 650 hectares and is called the "green lung" of the city. By comparison, the Central Park in New York, only covers an area of 340 hectares.

Another highlight and one of the cultural centers of Hanover is the 78-hectare Maschsee in the heart of the city. In addition to numerous sports and recreational facilities, the Maschsee transformed once a year at one of the largest public streets in Germany, the "Maschseefest". A varied entertainment and gastronomic offer pulls annually to around two million people.

City of Gardens

The city Hannover is also known as the "city of gardens". The spectrum ranges from baroque gardens, modern parks with versatile spa gardens to quiet city park in the middle of colorful flowerbeds and under shady trees. Even the little guests were among others with the "Park der Sinne" thought. It's worth a visit.

The Große Garten in the Herrenhausen district of Hanover is one of the most important baroque gardens in Europe.

The art and culture

The museums in the city Hannover is diverse and varied: art, Niedersächsische history, but also treasures from distant cultures and nature can be admired in Hannover at the Sprengel Museum, the Lower Saxony State Museum, the Historical Museum, and the Wilhelm Busch Museum. Also offer all year numerous stages a varied program. Among the best known include the Schauspielhaus Hannover, the Ballhof that Cumberlandsche stage, the New Theater and Theater am Aegi. However Hannover is also known for its many smaller stages, which are distributed all over the city and shape the cultural and modern feel of the city. Cada habitación y apartamento han sido revisados por nosotros y seleccionados sólo las propiedades buenas y bien situadas. Acordamos con los arrendadores de proporcionar los siguientes servicios:

• Limpieza diaria de la habitación / del apartamento
• Cambio de toallas cada 2 días
• Cambio de sábanas cada 4 días
• Si alquila una habitación se servirá el desayuno / en los apartamentos se colocan todos los componentes para un buén desayuno en el refrigerador y en la cocina para preparárselo uno mismo.

Habitación privada
Si reserva una habitación, los arrendadores preparan una o mas habitaciones de su casa o de su apartamento para los huéspedes. En este caso, como los propietarios viven en la misma casa, servirán el deseayuno por las mañanas. En caso de que haya un solo cuarto de baño en la casa los anfitriones le dan prioridad a los huéspedes.

Apartamento:
Si reserva un apartamento privado, este queda por supuesto completo para el visitante. En este caso el anfitrión deja todas las cosas que se necesita para un buen desayuno en la cocina y en el refrigerador y el huésped se lo tiene que preparar el mismo. Un apartamento para dos personas significa que cada persona tiene su propio dormitorio.
Muchas veces se acomoda a la sala con una cama para tener un segundo dormitorio. Un apartamento para tres personas consiste en por lo menos tres habitaciones separadas y asi sucesivamente.

Internet:
Some of the private accommodations offer internet connections or WLan. But there are still some apartments without internet connection or WLan. For those cases and if really needed we offer a prepaid WLan which we install at these apartments, but have to charge a fee of 8 EUR (once) for the whole stay (doesn't matter if the stay is for 3 or for 10 days). Algunos de los alojamientos privados tienen acceso a internet o Wlan. Pero todavía hay algunos apartamentos que no lo tienen. Para este caso y si realmente lo necesita ofrecemos un Wlan prepago que instalamos en el apartamento reservado. Este servicio cuesta 8 € para toda la estancia (no importa si está 3 o 10 dias).

Este servicio debe de reservarlo junto con la reserva del alojamiento y este importe se agregará a la misma factura.

Condiciones de reserva:
Apartamentos privados solo se pueden reservar para un mínimo de 3 noches. Después de confirmar a nuestra oferta una cancelación libre de gastos es todavía posible hasta 2 meses antes de la llegada. Por las cancelaciones de habitaciones o noches se cargará el precio completo sin reembolso.

Pago:
Importe total hasta 6 semanas antes de la llegada preferiblemente por transferencia bancaria. La reserva debe ser garantizada con una tarjeta de crédito válida. Pagos con tarjeta de crédito (Amex, Visa + MasterCard) tienen un cargo de un 5% sobre el importe total.
