From our apartments in the southern city, the subway stops "Bat Street", "Geibel Street" and "Altenbekener Damm" within walking distance in a few minutes. From there you reach the main entrance Messe Nord in about 14-18 minutes by underground line 8 + 18.

City of EXPO 2000

With the EXPO 2000 in Hanover was the first time in history an EXPO in Germany. Under its theme "Human-Nature-Technology" she offered solutions for the current problems in the environment and development. Still today the EXPO PARK HANNOVER is a high technology park on which interest companies, service providers, higher education institutions and event locations have settled. The Green City

Nestled by the Lower Saxony Bergland and foothills of the Weserbergland is Hannover amid the canvas valley whose eponymous river runs through the city in a roundabout way. But not only the green and spacious surroundings of the city, but the countless public green spaces give Hannover the charming name "green city". And rightly so. The green islands cover about 11 percent of the total city area.

It includes only the center near the city forest "Eilenriede" size of 650 hectares and is called the "green lung" of the city. By comparison, the Central Park in New York, only covers an area of 340 hectares.

Another highlight and one of the cultural centers of Hanover is the 78-hectare Maschsee in the heart of the city. In addition to numerous sports and recreational facilities, the Maschsee transformed once a year at one of the largest public streets in Germany, the "Maschseefest". A varied entertainment and gastronomic offer pulls annually to around two million people.

City of Gardens

The city Hannover is also known as the "city of gardens". The spectrum ranges from baroque gardens, modern parks with versatile spa gardens to quiet city park in the middle of colorful flowerbeds and under shady trees. Even the little guests were among others with the "Park der Sinne" thought. It's worth a visit.

The Große Garten in the Herrenhausen district of Hanover is one of the most important baroque gardens in Europe.

The art and culture

The museums in the city Hannover is diverse and varied: art, Niedersächsische history, but also treasures from distant cultures and nature can be admired in Hannover at the Sprengel Museum, the Lower Saxony State Museum, the Historical Museum, and the Wilhelm Busch Museum. Also offer all year numerous stages a varied program. Among the best known include the Schauspielhaus Hannover, the Ballhof that Cumberlandsche stage, the New Theater and Theater am Aegi. However Hannover is also known for its many smaller stages, which are distributed all over the city and shape the cultural and modern feel of the city. In its classic form provides the Opera House at the center of dance and ballet performances of the Lower Saxony State Theatre. For guests who want to discover Hannover on your own, there is the Red Thread. The Red Thread is a 4,200 meter long Guideline through downtown Hanover and takes you to 36 architectural, historic and fun-entertaining attractions in the state capital. All of the private rooms and apartments are centrally located and with direct access by public transport to the exhibition center Hannover.
Each of the private accommodations has been checked by us and we selected only good equipped and well-situated properties. We agreed with the landlords to do the following services:

• daily cleaning of the room / apartment
• change of towels - every 2 days
• change of linen - every 4 days or when there is a guest change.
• breakfast will be served when renting a room / when renting an apartment all ingredients for a good breakfast will be provided in the kitchen and you need to prepare it yourself.

Prices:
Prices during Trade Fairs or other important events taking place in Hannover.

Apartment:
1 Person / Night from 145,- €
2 Persons/ Night from 195,- €
3 Persons/ Night from 245,- €

Private room:
Single / Night from 85,- €
Double / Night from 115,- €

Private rooms
When you rent a private room, the landlords shares one or more rooms at their house or flat.

In this case, as the landlords are living in the same apartment, they will serve the breakfast in the morning. If there is only one bathroom, the hosts will care to give always priority at the bathroom to their guests.

Apartments
The private apartment is left completely for the guests. In this case the landlord leaves all the components for a good breakfast in the kitchen / refrigerator. The guests have to prepare the breakfast by themselves. An apartment for two persons means that each guest has its own bedroom. Often the living room will be arranged as second bedroom. An apartment for three persons has at least three separate bed rooms and so on.

Internet
Some of the private accommodations offer internet connections or WLan. But there are still some apartments without internet connection or WLan. For those cases and if really needed we offer a prepaid WLan which we install at these apartments, but have to charge a fee of 8 EUR (once) for the whole stay (doesn't matter if the stay is for 3 or for 10 days).

This service has to be booked together with the booking of the accommodation and will be charged at the same invoice.

Booking terms:
Private apartments need to be booked for a minimum of 3 nights. After acceptance of the offered accommodation cancellation free of charge is possible till 2 months prior to arrival. Later cancelled rooms/nights will be charged in full.

Payment:
Total amount until 6 weeks prior to arrival - preferably by bank transfer. The reservation should be guaranteed by a valid credit card. For payments by credit card (Amex, Visa + MasterCard) a booking fee of 5% of the booked amount will be charged.
